Yes. The COROS app and PACE 4 make it easy to create interval workouts, structured training sessions, and running power-based plans. You can customize intervals, rest periods, and target zones—or sync detailed workouts from TrainingPeaks or Final Surge directly to your watch.
PACE 4 delivers up to 41 hours of continuous GPS tracking in All-Systems mode, enough for your longest training runs or marathons. For daily use—including workouts, notifications, and sleep tracking—you’ll get up to 19 days on a single charge.
Yes. The 1.2" AMOLED touchscreen offers vivid color, crisp definition, and auto-adjusting brightness that adapts instantly to sunlight or shade. Whether you’re on a pre-dawn run or a bright track session, the PACE 4 display stays clear and easy to read from any angle.
Yes. PACE 4 includes breadcrumb navigation and other route related features, but does not support full mapping. You can create routes in the COROS app or sync from Strava, RideWithGPS, or Wikiloc for seamless route guidance on your wrist.
Yes. PACE 4 gives you real-time off-course alerts so you’ll know immediately if you stray from your planned route. Combined with breadcrumb navigation and precise GPS tracking, it helps you stay confident during long runs and races.
Yes, PACE 4 includes onboard music storage for MP3 files, and you can control your phone’s music or podcast playback directly from the watch (coming soon). At this time, we do not directly support an integration with Spotify or Apple Music.
